Shawn is the visionary leader of Zana.
Growing up in a family dental supply business, he was able to see the evolution of dentistry over the past 20 years, and more recently the gaps in the current electric toothbrush model.
Entrepreneurial at heart, he has started 3 businesses and is completely obsessed with innovation that disrupts industries.
He is passionate about creating and pioneering positive change in dentistry.
As a father of 5 children, Shawn enjoys developing the unique strengths of those around him. Viewing life as a grand adventure, Shawn loves meeting the people that make dentistry great. Outside of work you will find him with his family - playing chess, exploring the wild, enjoying a kitchen creation from his kids, or on a wall rock climbing.
Over the last 20 years, she has built her career leading and growing teams in Health & Wellness, Hospitality, and Construction industries.
She has obtained a Bachelors in Psychology, Masters in IO Psychology and went on to the Doctorate Program.
She has done everything from helping companies develop leadership training to standing up entirely new business units.
She also has spent several years as a Business Coach and Consultant specializes in helping small business owners and their teams achieve their goals.
When she is not working, you can find her hanging out with her two sons, reading a book, and trying to catch the sunset here in Arizona.
Mark leads product strategy, marketing transformation, and brand at Historic Agency.
He’s rebranded nearly 100 organizations and also specializes in all things strategy including brand, product, and marketing.
He’s the author of “Culture Built My Brand: How to Win More Customers through company culture” his experience in brand strategy and marketing spans nonprofits to behavior health and health data companies.
Dr. Allison House is a general dentist in the Phoenix/ Arcadia area of Arizona. She currently owns and operates a solo private practice, House Dental.
Dr. House is very active in organized dentistry. She served as the state treasurer for the Arizona Dental Association. She then became the youngest president ever of the Arizona Dental Association. She began the Women in Dentistry program in Arizona to help connect female dentist to each other. She was honored as Mentor of the Year and then Dentist of the Year by the Arizona Dental Association.
Dr. House serves as an Arizona delegate to House of Delegates of the American Dental Association. She serves on the political action committee (the “Tooth Party”) at both the state and national levels. She enjoys encouraging young dentists to get involved in the process of legislation.
Dr. House is serving a four-year term as the ADA 14th District’s representative on the prestigious ADA Council for Dental Practice.
She also speaks both for the ADA Success program at dental schools and around the country on the topic of Ethics.
Dr. House and Shawn Zajas have a podcast called “The Authentic Dentist”. Its mission is to give dentists room to acknowledge their struggles and grow into strong leaders.
Sara is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in management and sales. With a degree in Interior Design, she brings a creative eye and attention to detail to all of her projects.
Outside of work, Sara is a proud dog mom and loves spending time with her furry companion. She is also passionate about personal growth and is always looking for new ways to challenge herself and develop her skills.
Sara's dedication and expertise make her an invaluable member of Zana's team. Whether she's managing projects, training, or helping with new customers - she is committed to delivering exceptional results every step of the way.
Mazvita has been dedicated to processes, contributing strongly to relevant research for brand growth and implementation.
She has an eCommerce bachelor's degree and focuses on the use of different electronic and digital solutions. With experience in a variety of industries, she comes with a strong background in advertising and brands from ideation to launch to their growth.

Once you are enrolled into the Care Beyond the Chair® program and you register your product, you qualify for free replacement heads for the life of the brush.
What is the warranty for the Z–Sonic Pro Electric Toothbrush?
First 90 days no questions asked – your patient can return it for a full refund (if they purchased). It’s covered for a full year against any manufacturers defects as well. Keep your receipt and the confirmation email safe as proof of the extended warranty.
